WE do PACK and SHIP your order FAST. Over the last four years, our records show that we have AVERAGED processing, packing & shipping all internet orders within 24 to 48 hours after receiving the order. BUT...the actual DELIVERY of your order by the freight carrier (mail or truck) will then take a few more days depending on where you live.

We welcome your order status inquires! First: Calling us by telephone is the very BEST way to check on your order. We accept phone calls Monday thru Friday Noon to 6PM and Saturdays 10AM to 3PM Eastern Standard Time. (Closed Wednesdays in the spring & summer and Sundays.)
Contact by email or any of the current Yahoo email forms will NOT be as prompt as a phone call!
Bonus..when you call us when we are open, a live person answers! No automated voice mail here! :) We can then check your order and shipping status or answer any questions about inventory. We can add on to an order or even upgrade to a faster delivery service if we have not yet shipped. Second: All orders are to be packed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the time you pressed the order button. So if you contact us after that, rest assured, the order is GONE and on a truck or airplane somewhere in route to you! Third: If we have done our job by shipping promptly, and we intend to, then we remind you to please be patient. Most customers want next day air courier service BUT want to spend wagon train delivery service prices. WE ALL DO! After you call us you can then contact the delivery service with tracking information. You can then obtain delivery status. While waiting on an order, here is a reminder: We are in Georgia. What state are you in? Large Items are sent by FedEx Ground and arrival is 2 to 7 days in the 48 lower states. All Books, software & videos (unless otherwise noted) are sent Media Mail (book rate) and delivery can take 2 to 14 days to arrive. Alaska and Hawaii.. add 5 to 10 days! And...Most APO (armed forces overseas) orders take 4 to 12 weeks! Fourth: We get a LOT of repeat business and the only way we do that is to make every order, especially your first order our priority. We promise that we will do every thing possible to make your shopping experience a pleasant memory with us!
